Arbitration Agreement for Car Dealers
When a dealership signs a floor plan contract, it often contains a clause stating that in the state of Indiana, if the floor plan lender has a dispute against the dealer, the lender may file a lawsuit against the dealership. However, the contract also states that if the dealership has an issue with the floor plan lender, they may not file a lawsuit; their only option is automobile arbitration.
