Debt Collectors are not allowed to call your cell phone – and they are especially not allowed to use an autodialler to do it! And when they do, a court may find them liable to pay you up to $1,500 per call!
TSI, a.k.a. Transworld Systems Incorporated, is a debt collector that has been hammering my clients with phone calls. Sometimes the person they are looking for is at the number they are dialing. Other times the telephone number is wrong. And frequently they make calls and never say anything – it’s just an empty line! But every time they call they are harassing people.
If TSI or this phone number is calling your cell phone – even if you’ve never been able to speak to someone on the other end or if you’ve ignored it and let it go to voicemail – give me a call or send me an email. I’d love the opportunity to stop these calls and get your peace of mind back.
