Keith Hagan
Keith Hagan has been a practicing attorney since 2012. He’s a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and Department of Political Science, where he was a Fellow with the Urban Morgan Institute for Human Rights as well as Book Review Editor for the Human Rights Quarterly. He graduated from the University of Kansas with double bachelor’s degrees in History and Biology. Previously teaching negotiations, international law, and nuclear non-proliferation strategy as an adjunct professor at Roger Williams College of Law in Rhode Island, he now regularly teaches seminars and webinars for the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) on issues ranging from solar and door-to-door sales fraud to medical debt defense. Before moving to Indianapolis in 2009, Keith worked for the United Nations Development Program Rule of Law Team in Juba, South Sudan, and for Chambers 2 of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.
